Dextress Hair requests a minimum $30 booking fee for all new guests who book online, which is redeemable against the first appointment or service.

To ensure we provide the utmost service to our guests, we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy where possible. Please contact the salon regarding any changes or cancellations to your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your booking.

Dextress Hair partners with our suppliers to conserve water and energy where possible. Some of our environmentally friendly initiatives include the use of eco heads on our basin taps, single-use towels, and recycled foil. We also recycle all paper and cardboard waste and properly dispose of any chemical products.

Dextress Hair is a welcoming environment that provides a pampering and relaxing service to our guests. We always appreciate you arriving on-time for your appointment and being respectful to your stylists and other guests.

We only guarantee two shades of lightening when going from dark to light hair colour in order to preserve the condition and structure of hair. 

Please Kindly note we have a 10 day notification policy if you would like to adjust something about your Colour, Cut or style. We do not offer a refund. We prefer to offer a consultation in relation to your concerns as we need to schedule enough time for any correction as it is complimentary.

At Dextress Hair all guest’s details are kept confidential. We only safely store and use your details for when you visit or when we are trying to contact you. We are bound to the privacy act. We do not pass on any of your details to a third party. From time to time your stylist may contact you. We ask that you do not private message or send friend requests unless allowed by Dextress Hair.
